Disgorgement and Dosage at 9 g/L

Rest about 3 to 5 months before shipping

Tasting notes :

Fine golden colour with a slight amber tint ;

Subtle mature aromas of brioche, toasted bread and fresh butter ;

Fresh complex and creamy mouth with a delicate sparkle ;

Rest about 4 to 5 months before shipping

Tasting notes :

A very pleasant golden colour with hints of green ;

A bold, elegant, refined nose with citrus fruit, white flowers and vanilla aromas ;
Generous and round mouth.

Wine-pairing :

Serve chilled between 8 and 12°C

It is a perfect champagne for the aperitif with smoked

Salmon toasts or caviar.

It can then be appreciated with marinated salmon, poached turbot fish, sushi, see food, lobster salad, prawn carpaccio, zander and pike fish.
